Shipping and Cancellation Policy

At Gentlehaus, we are committed to delivering a seamless shopping experience. Please review our shipping and cancellation policies below to understand how we manage your orders.


Order Handling

  • All orders are processed within 24 hours after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.

  • We do not process or dispatch orders on Sundays or public holidays.


Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Remote or less accessible areas may require additional time.

  • A tracking link will be shared via SMS or email once your order is dispatched.


Shipping Charges

For Prepaid Orders:

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on delivery location and parcel weight.

  • Free shipping may be available during special promotions.

For COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders:

  • COD is available for select pin codes.

  • A flat fee of ₹90 is charged for COD orders.


Address Responsibility

Please ensure all shipping address details are accurate at the time of order.
Gentlehaus will not be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


Order Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch:

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before they are dispatched.

  • To cancel, contact us at:

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

After Dispatch:

  • Cancellations are not allowed after dispatch.

  • You may refuse the delivery; however, the refund will be processed after deducting return shipping charges (approximately ₹120), once we receive the item in original condition.

Non-Cancellable Orders:

  • Orders placed during sales, promotional events, or clearance campaigns.

  • Customized or made-to-order items after production begins.


Refund Timelines

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

  • COD Orders: No refunds are applicable as no advance payment is collected.
