Return Process

The word “Return” or “Exchange”

A brief reason for return

Clear photo or video proof (mandatory for damaged or defective items)
Note: Return requests made via Instagram, email, or other platforms will not be accepted.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Use a reliable, trackable, and insured courier service.

Gentlehaus is not liable for any loss or damage during return transit.
Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned product, you will be notified via WhatsApp or email.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer.
Exchange Policy
Gentlehaus does not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different product or size, complete the return process (if eligible) and place a new order.
Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

For prepaid orders, approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
